May I to talk with the pharmacy staff?

You absolutely can! Our pharmacy is located in Riviera Beach, FL and our client care and the pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. You can call us toll-free at 866-855-6468. You’re also welcome to email the pharmacy directly at pharmacy@mintrxpharmacy.com and a pharmacy team member will get right back to you. Please do not include any personal health information or any other sensitive information in your email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and FSA/HSA debit cards. FSA/HSA-eligible products are marked with a badge. 

About Ordering With My MintRx Account Online

Why do I need to create an account?

Because MintRx is the eCommerce retail store we need to have a record of your contact information and medication history in order to dispense prescription products to you.

What if I need to change my account details?

Simple! Just scroll to the bottom of any page and click on "Returning or New Customer" under "Quick Links" in the right-hand column or go to the top of any page and click Sign In. Use the “Forgot Password?” link if you need a reminder sent to your email address. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to change your email address, password, shipping information, and other profile details.

When do I create my patient medication profile for prescription products?

After you make your purchase, you will be prompted to complete a secure medical intake form. You MUST fill out this secure form and follow the prompts so that we can process it.

What if I don’t have a prescription, or there’s a problem with my prescription?

If there’s a problem with your prescription, one of our pharmacy team members will get in contact with you to resolve any issues. Please be sure to provide us with the best phone number to reach you. Possible issues include having too few refills left on your prescription for the quantity in your purchase, a missing prescription, or a fax of the prescription from your doctor that is blurry or illegible. We will always work with you to try to fix any issues and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If you don’t have a current prescription from your physician for a prescription product, you will need to get one before we are able to fulfill your order. Some of the Rx products on our website are available with an online medical consult in which you may request a prescription. A physician will review your medical information and if approved, your prescription will be fulfilled. If the option for a medical consult is available you will see a drop-down menu on the product page asking if you need a prescription. How do you protect my privacy?

We take your privacy very seriously and are careful to ensure that all our processes are HIPAA- and HITECH-compliant.

In order to get the information we need to complete your order, MintRx will transmit a link to a secure medical intake form that you will be required to complete. Our form uses SSL encryption and is accessed via HTTPS 100% of the time for all users. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard for ensuring data is encrypted when being sent to a web server from a browser. In addition, our highly available, cloud-based, and secure medical intake form hosting environment uses Microsoft Azure and is both BAA (HIPAA) and PCI (DSS) level 1 compliant.

About Shipping, Returns, and Order Status

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

We cannot accept returns or cancellations on any prescription products. If your order is damaged in the shipping process, keep all packing and shipping materials so that you can file a claim with the shipping provider.

If you sign up for a treatment subscription program and cancel within 90 days, you will still be charged for the first 3 months to cover test costs, physician consultation and treatment.

Under most circumstances, we are able to accept returns and cancellations for non-prescription products. Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging, and must be mailed back with any paperwork that was included in the package we shipped to you. How long does shipping take?

We ship via Federal Express. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days from the time the order is fulfilled. Please call Customer Care at 866-855-6468 for special shipping requests.

Once your prescription is approved, your order will be fulfilled and shipped. Under most circumstances, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Can you ship OTC medicines and products to my state?

Yes. We're able to ship non-prescription products to you anywhere in the U.S., so please take a look around at our top-rated offering of physician-grade skin care, hair regrowth and pet care products, at-home lab testing,  hemp products. Let us keep you and your family in Mint condition!

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are only able to ship within the United States in the states where our pharmacy is licensed. We cannot send your prescription order to a private shipping company—they cannot accept prescription products and will reject it, destroy it, or return it to us.

How can I check the status of my order?

Simple. You may go to the top right of the home page and select "Sign In” or search for your order here. In the green box to the left side of your Account Dashboard, you’ll see “My Orders” as one of the options. Click there to view your orders and their statuses.

I mailed in the original copy of my prescription, but my order status still says Processing/Waiting for Prescription. What do I do?

We recommend that you allow 5-7 days for your prescription to reach us and get entered into our system. Under normal circumstances, once we’ve received and verified your prescription, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If it’s been more than 10 days from the day you mailed it, and you have not received a shipping confirmation email nor seen your order status change in your account, please call our Client Care team at 866-855-6468, open a live chat with a representative, or email ClientCare@mintrx.co.

If your prescription has gotten lost in the mail, we will need to speak with your physician to get a new prescription authorized.

Other Questions

How much of my prescription product can I purchase in one order?

We can only dispense the amount or number of products prescribed by your physician. Please check with your doctor when you receive the prescription that you understand how much you’ll be able to order, and how many refills are authorized.

Do you sell prescription drugs?

Yes. We are a national mail order pharmacy and online pharmacy. Our products ship to 49 states and Washington DC.
