Women and men struggling with infertility may benefit from Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) injections. hCG is a natural hormone responsible for stimulating the ovaries to release eggs and the testes to produce testosterone. Men and women with low hCG often struggle with infertility. Additionally, hCG is FDA-approved to treat male hypogonadism, a condition in which the testes do not produce enough testosterone.
